Job Description: Field Sales Executive- Interior Industry Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Company: Maloo Group Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Social Media Marketing Leads:
  • Call leads generated through social media marketing efforts.
  • Convert leads into business by effectively communicating our services.
Industrial Area Visits:
  • Conduct door-to-door visits in industrial areas to find new leads.
  • Engage with potential clients to create business opportunities.
Performance Module:
  • Achieve a 60% lead conversion rate.
  • Provide a detailed action plan for the remaining 40% of leads that were not converted.
Service Knowledge:
  • Understand and effectively communicate our key points of services:
  • Restoration with Modern Technology: Highlight the use of advanced technology for floor restoration.
  • Zero Noise and Zero Dirt: Emphasize the noiseless and dust-free nature of the service.
  • Speedy Work: Showcase the efficiency, completing tasks in 15% of the time required by traditional methods.
Client Engagement:
  • Encourage and convert leads through both online and offline advertisements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting and Action Planning:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.
  • Develop and implement action plans for leads that could not be closed, identifying potential areas for improvement.
Performance Metrics:
  • Lead Conversion Rate.
  • Achieve a minimum of 60% closure rate on all leads.
  • Action Plan Development:
  • Provide actionable feedback and plans for the 40% of leads not converted.
