- Understand and effectively communicate our key points of services:
- Restoration with Modern Technology: Highlight the use of advanced technology for floor restoration.
- Zero Noise and Zero Dirt: Emphasize the noiseless and dust-free nature of the service.
- Speedy Work: Showcase the efficiency, completing tasks in 15% of the time required by traditional methods.
- Encourage and convert leads through both online and offline advertisements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting and Action Planning:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.
- Develop and implement action plans for leads that could not be closed, identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Lead Conversion Rate.
- Achieve a minimum of 60% closure rate on all leads.
- Action Plan Development:
- Provide actionable feedback and plans for the 40% of leads not converted.
