Role Proficiency:

Outcomes:

Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Progress 4GL programming language. Experience with Progress OpenEdge development environment. Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Progress AppServer and Progress Web Services. Knowledge of Progress SQL and database optimization techniques. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
