DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand client requirements and how can we help with our current capabilities and product offerings.
  • Convert leads generated by marketing team into sales.
  • Constant communication with customers on different platforms such as email, WhatsApp, phone call, video call.
  • Keeping track and updating status of all active leads in CRM.
  • Travel to customer as per requirement for business growth.
  • Handle all customer communication and resolve commercial, technical, and other queries.
  • Obtain timely payment realization from customers.
  • Generate new leads via outreach and online searches.
  • Handle and attend client meetings and present company's capabilities to the client in an effective way for generating sales.
  • Constant coordination with SCM team for timely dispatch.
  • Responsible for overseeing logistics coordination for constant communication of shipment status and delivery to customer.
  • Make technical presentations to analyse actual sales performance with respect to target.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma (mechanical or similar) / Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Well-versed with CRM software.
  • Well-versed in MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP software.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Self-starter and go-getter attitude.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 8 years experience in sales with a reputed manufacturing or construction equipment manufacturing organization.
  • Experience in handling export customers is an added advantage.
