Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel forging industry (domestic and export markets).
- Generate leads, approach potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and follow up for orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Actively manage and participate in tenders and opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Handle GeM portal operations including product listing, bid participation, compliance, and order processing.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to stay competitive.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Business/Engineering/Commerce (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel/forging/metals sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of the GeM portal and tender participation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and industrial customer handling.

Engagement Type:

- Full-time (flexible option for part-time/consultancy if focused on GeM tenders).
- Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
