Back Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Quotation & Offer Preparation**:
- Draft and prepare technical and commercial quotations for electrical equipment and job work, including Transformers, Motors, HT/LT Panels, and other related services.
- **Tender Participation**:
Identify relevant tenders, prepare and compile all necessary documents, coordinate with departments for inputs, and ensure timely submission on portals like GeM or e-Tendering platforms.
- **Billing & Documentation**:
Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain all relevant documentation including work orders, delivery challans, and job completion reports. Coordinate with engineers and field staff to gather technical details required for quotations and tender submissions. Handle daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, purchase follow-ups, and internal communications. Communicate with clients for clarifications, pending documents, or updates related to quotations, tenders, and billing. Maintain and update MIS reports for quotations, tenders, and billing status.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar back office or sales support role
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and products such as Transformers, Motors, HT/LT Panels
- Familiarity with GeM portal and other government tendering platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹16,735.69 per month
