Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for our cosmetics import-export company. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management, ensuring smooth HR functions across the organization. Preference will be given to male candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and other labor regulations.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and foster company culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support payroll coordination in collaboration with accounts or finance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in cosmetics or retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Male candidates preferred for this role.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in employee engagement and talent development.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and HRMS tools.
  • Exposure to both office and field HR operations.
