Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including benefits administration, interviewing, and human capital management. If you have experience with Paychex, employment labor law, and training development, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires
- Manage human capital by developing strategies to optimize employee performance
- Utilize Paychex for payroll processing and HR management
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure company compliance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft for HR functions
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on benefits administration and human capital management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Paychex, ATS, PeopleSoft, and other HR software systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
