We're hiring an
Associate Director – Sales (Financing/Leasing)
for our client from the
Financial Services
Industry.

As the Associate Director – Sales, your responsibilities would be:

  • Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates.
  • Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
  • Help build and mentor city/regional teams as needed.
  • Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector, specifically in direct debt or leasing.
  • Proven expertise in structured finance or leasing solutions.
  • Strong network of relationships with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned markets.
  • High level of professional integrity and clear communication.
