Position Name: Project Sales Executive / Manager

Job Locations: Lucknow | Chandigarh | Gurgaon | Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales of Doors, Modular Kitchens, and UPVC products in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project heads.
- Identify new project opportunities and convert them into confirmed business.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close project sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Project Sales of building materials or interior products (Doors/Kitchens/UPVC preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the regional market and project sales processes.
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
