Position Name: Project Sales Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales of Doors, Modular Kitchens, and UPVC products in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project heads.
  • Identify new project opportunities and convert them into confirmed business.
  • Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close project sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Project Sales of building materials or interior products (Doors/Kitchens/UPVC preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the regional market and project sales processes.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
