We are looking for a Procurement Head with comprehensive experience in both core civil and finishing procurement for large-scale commercial, retail (malls), and hospitality (hotels) projects.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven expertise in civil procurement (structural, MEP, infrastructure materials, etc.).
  • Strong experience in finishing procurement, including elevators/lifts, escalators, faade, HVAC, lighting, flooring, sanitary fittings, furniture & fixtures, etc.
  • Exposure to high-end finishing materials and vendor management relevant to malls, hotels, and premium commercial spaces.
  • Ability to strategically source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies, tendering, rate contracts, and material planning aligned with project timelines.

  • Strong coordination with project, QS, design, and finance teams

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Farvision, is a plus. The candidate should be capable of driving all procurement processes through ERP for better control and transparency. .

  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
