Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop sales leads within the designated area for BMI products.
  2. Establish and maintain a strong professional network with clients across Delhi & Punjab.
  3. Build and sustain relationships with key architects, interior designers, and B2B partners in the region.
  4. Identify new projects and ensure BMI products are specified in project requirements.
  5. Oversee the sales process to attract and convert new clients.
  6. Maintain effective communication and relationships with potential clients to address their needs.
  7. Research and identify new market opportunities.
  8. Plan and execute market development initiatives.
  9. Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals.
  10. Work under pressure and meet sales targets and deadlines.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve sales targets by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagement and service.
  • Successfully position BMI products in competitive markets.

Network for the Role

External: Architects, Clients, Interior Designers, Builders, B2B partners, and Sales team.

Internal: Office Staff, Accounts, and Logistics Team.

Key Challenges

  • Driving market growth in regions with strong competition from inferior quality products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 6- 10 years in Project Sales / Project Management.
  • Age: 26-28 years.
  • Geographic Knowledge: Hands-on experience working in Delhi & Punjab markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Smart, dynamic, and socially adept.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (fluent in English & local language).
