**Job to be done**:

- **Assist the sales Director**: Collaborate with the sales Director in day
- to-day sales operations.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Maintain and update CRM regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales data and customer information.
- **Prospecting and Follow-Up**: Engage actively in proactive prospecting activities to identify potential leads. Follow up with leads consistently, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel until they qualify as viable opportunities.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to the B2B TV Sales and New Platform Sales teams. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
- **Client Communications**:Act as a liaison between clients and the sales teams, ensuring effective communication.Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns promptly.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including the preparation of sales materials and presentations.Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales-related databases.Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports as needed.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Compile data and prepare reports to support sales strategies.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and client meetings.Ensure all logistics are in place for successful event execution
