Work Mode - Work from Home

**Sales Support & Coordination**:

- **Prospect Management**: Identify and research potential clients, develop prospect lists, and make follow-up calls. Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the Sales Team.
- **CRM & Data Handling**: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipeline data, and ensure timely updates by the team.
- **Scheduling & Reporting**: Coordinate sales team schedules, prepare and share daily “Morning Reports,” and ensure meeting summaries are updated in groups and CRM.
- **Sales Operations**: Support the Sales Team by managing schedules, preparing quotations, coordinating demos, maintaining sales material inventory, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- **Communication & Liaison**: Serve as a bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track team progress, assist with KPI assessments, and generate sales analysis reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- **Goal Alignment**: Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Promote best practices, share updates, and foster teamwork within the department.
- **Market Awareness & Representation**: Stay informed about market trends and attend events/exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
