We at Engineering Industries eXcellence are seeking a skilled and certified Workday Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects:

o Analysis and design

o Configuration and customization

o Testing and bug resolution

o User training and support

o Cutover planning and deployment

o Post go-live support

· Configure Workday for various HR processes

· Build and manage custom and standard Workday reports

· Work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction

· Provide functional and technical guidance on best practices and solution architecture

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years of experience working on Workday HCM projects

· At least 1 full-cycle Workday implementation as a functional consultant

· Workday certification in at least one module (HCM or related HR modules)

· Strong experience in:

o Core HCM

o Talent Management

· Good exposure to other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrations is preferred

· Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testing

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Must be able to work in Central European Time (CET) zone

Preferred Qualifications:

· Multiple Workday module certifications

· Prior experience in a client-facing role

· Consulting experience with global clients
