The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills.Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant. - Strong configuration experience in at least 2–3 core Workday Finance modules. - Proven expertise in data conversion and reconciliation for Workday Finance. - Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and design sessions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred Qualifications- Workday Finance certification(s). - Experience with full lifecycle Workday Finance implementations. - Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data. - Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting/finance background. - Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
