We at Engineering Industries eXcellence are seeking a skilled and certified Workday Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects:o Analysis and designo Configuration and customizationo Testing and bug resolutiono User training and supporto Cutover planning and deploymento Post go-live support· Configure Workday for various HR processes· Build and manage custom and standard Workday reports· Work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction· Provide functional and technical guidance on best practices and solution architectureRequired Skills and Qualifications:· Minimum 4 years of experience working on Workday HCM projects· At least 1 full-cycle Workday implementation as a functional consultant· Workday certification in at least one module (HCM or related HR modules)· Strong experience in:o Core HCMo Talent Management· Good exposure to other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrations is preferred· Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testing· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills· Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision· Must be able to work in Central European Time (CET) zonePreferred Qualifications:· Multiple Workday module certifications· Prior experience in a client-facing role· Consulting experience with global clients#LI-Remote
