Job Description:

We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager for a leading bank to handle customer relationships via phone and digital channels. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting banking products, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote banking products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships remotely and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions (savings, loans, investments, etc.).
  • Achieve targets related to product cross-selling, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Handle basic service queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and either Hindi or Kannada (i.e., English + Tamil + Hindi or English + Tamil + Kannada is mandatory).
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Graduation in any stream.
