Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Business Development Executive
to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, a strong understanding of the luxury/fashion/jewellery sector (preferred), and a proactive approach to achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pitch presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events that attract customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive attitude.
