Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to handle
E-Commerce and GT customer receivables and reconciliations
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in collection accounting, reconciliations, and coordination with marketplaces for claims and settlements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. E-Commerce / GT Customer Collection Reconciliation
    – Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of customer collections across platforms.
  2. Receipt Entry Posting
    – Post all receipt entries daily with supporting documentation.
  3. Customer Ledger Clearing
    – Maintain and clear customer ledgers regularly.
  4. Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
    – Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Customer Reconciliation
    – Conduct and share periodic customer account reconciliations.
  6. Commission & Expense Accounting
    – Account for commission and expenses related to receivables.
  7. Reconciliation Reporting
    – Prepare and circulate reconciliation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  8. Credit & Debit Note Processing
    – Pass credit and debit notes with proper approvals.
  9. Customer Aging Reports
    – Generate and monitor weekly aging reports to track overdue balances.
  10. Marketplace Returns Management
    – Update and track return status daily.
  11. E-Commerce Claim Management
    – Raise, follow up, and close claim tickets with marketplaces.
  12. Order-to-Settlement Tracker
    – Maintain an accurate tracker for all orders until settlement.
  13. Month-End Activities
    – Support monthly closing and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    Accounts Receivable / E-Commerce reconciliation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    ERP systems (SAP / Tally / similar)
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to join
    immediately
    .
