SENIOR EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE

Position Type: FT

Critical: Tasks which would have a significant impact on the Organization ability to conduct normal business or objective.

Critical Role and Responsibilities

Routine:

1. Recruitment

2. Onboarding & Induction of Employee

3. Training

4. Document collection & Background verification

5. Follow confirmation guidelines for probationary employees

6. Downloading and updating the Leave & Attendance data from the HRMS system

7. Payroll data collation

8. Maintain mandated statutory compliance records, submit compliance records to back office, help employees with queries on PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance

9. Insurance addition and deletion updation

10. Expense Management

11. Employee R&R Event management

12. Exit updation in system and completing Full & Final process/ documentation/calculation, Managing Exit interview forms.

13. Maintaining Employee MIS and data updation in system.

14. Managing end to end employee lifecycle

15. Employee Listening

Customer focus:

16. Coordination with client and Store Managers

17. Record employee queries and grievances and discuss with Manager to provide an effective solution

18. Follow ups for pending activities

Data Management:

19. Maintaining HR MIS and updating HRMS system timely

20. Creating HR dashboards for Weekly or Monthly Reviews

21. Submit HR MIS to Management, HR Manager and Sr. Consultant on weekly basis

Non Critical Role and Responsibilities

22. Follow set process as outlined

23. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA)

24. Ensure data required is provided by relevant teams

25. Reporting any gaps or deviations

26. Effective escalation where required

Working knowledge of Employee lifecycle management & Payroll with Payroll compliance, labour laws and compliance.

Hands-on with HRMS (HR Technology) for implementation and operations and knowledge of Payroll processing

Clear Communication across all levels

Ability to solve queries raised by employees

MIS and reports creation

Proficient in MS Office

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor in any field

Diploma/Graduation in Human Resources

Experience

Minimum 3-4 years in Human Resources
