About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary Metaverse Experience Designer to craft immersive, interactive, and emotionally resonant experiences across virtual worlds. You will be responsible for designing user journeys, environments, and interactive elements in 3D/metaverse spaces that blend creativity, storytelling, and tech innovation.

Immersive Experience Design

  • Design engaging and intuitive user experiences for metaverse platforms (VR, AR, 3D worlds, etc.)
  • Map user journeys and interaction flows within virtual environments

  • Collaborate with 3D artists and developers to bring immersive worlds to life

  • Conceptualize and co-create 3D environments and spatial layouts

  • Design UI/UX elements for in-world interfaces, virtual menus, and HUDs
  • Optimize visual and spatial consistency across various platforms (VR, desktop, mobile)

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of immersive UX principles and spatial design
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Blender, Unity, or Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of VR/AR development pipelines or metaverse platforms (e.g., Spatial, Roblox, Decentraland, Horizon Worlds)
  • Excellent storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (designers, devs, storytellers, marketers)
