Our virtual real estate platform allows users to explore, purchase, and develop digital plots within our futuristic cityscape, offering unique opportunities for virtual land investment, digital property customization, and interactive community building in a fully realized 3D environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales Person at Sammeta Universe in Chennai. The Sales Person will be responsible for virtual real estate sales through field visits client relationship management, digital property consultation, and driving revenue growth within our innovative metaverse platform. The day-to-day tasks will involve conducting in-person client meetings at their locations, making outbound sales calls, visiting potential development sites, prospecting through cold calling, conducting virtual property tours, negotiating virtual land deals, and building long-term relationships with investors and developers.Key responsibilities include traveling to meet clients at their offices or homes, making regular follow-up calls to prospects, presenting immersive virtual property showcases during field visits guiding customers through interactive plot visualization experiences both in-person and remotely, and closing deals through a combination of face-to-face meetings and telephone negotiations.QualificationsProven sales experience with field workWillingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visitsStrong phone communication skills and cold calling experienceExcellent in-person presentation and interpersonal abilitiesVirtual real estate knowledge and metaverse property sales experienceUnderstanding of digital property investment and virtual land economicsOwn vehicle for field visits (preferred) or willingness to travelGoal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting sales targets through multi-channel approachProficiency in CRM software and mobile sales toolsExperience with virtual property presentations and immersive technology platformsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fieldAdditional Preferred SkillsField sales experience in real estate or technology sectorsClient relationship management across multiple communication channels
