Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive / HR In-Charge to manage and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, performance management, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and inductions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, etc.) and timely submission of returns.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in alignment with company standards.
  • Coordinate and organize training & development programs to upgrade employee skills.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support management in implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee welfare, health, and safety initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
  • Support management in manpower planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive / HR Officer / HR In-Charge in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Skilled in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
