Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage ambulance drivers and emergency medical staff.
  • Ensure operational readiness of emergency vehicles including maintenance, availability, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for smooth execution of services.
  • Monitor field activities, respond to emergencies as needed, and ensure service quality.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to field performance, vehicle utilization, and incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to protocols and company standards at all times.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering OR

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

  • Experience: Relevant field/operations/supervisory experience preferred.

  • Location Flexibility: Must be open to relocation anywhere in Rajasthan.

  • Skills Required:

  • Team leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Basic technical understanding of vehicles
  • Report writing and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
