**Experience: 3+ Years in Similar Profile and in Similar Projects in to Real Estate Projects**

**CTC: Max Up To 2.40 Lakh Per Annum + Incentive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Real Estate Sales
- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement
- Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.
- Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Providing best possible solution to customer.
- Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements.
- Site and Property Visits
- Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Completing the sales targets.
- Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
- Two-Wheeler is Must & Willing to work in Weekends

- Good experience in Sales. -Good communication, presentation and retention skills.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Young, Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
