We are looking for Dynamic Candidates to join our E-Commerce Team as a Pre-Sales Executive. This profile is a customer centric role, where the candidates will have to interact with the clients through digital mediums like Social media, Whatsapp or any other chat process, and also Calls. They will be interacting with the clients virtually and understand their requirements and redirect the leads to the Sales team and follow up on conversions. This is a key profile which acts as bridge between the Customers and the Sales team and plays a key role in conversion.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Interact with customer online - social media, whatsapp, chat process, etc and also through calls - understand their requirement, be in touch with them and share the leads to the Online Sales team

  2. Follow up with clients and the sales team on closure of sales

  3. Conduct lead generation activities like Live Sessions, posting in social media, etc by following up with the content team

  4. Understanding various platforms of Lead Generation, and where customers are active - and promote the brand through content marketing

  5. Be active in the Brand's Social Media platforms - answer comments, chats, enquiries, etc and try to convert them into qualified leads

  6. Segregate the leads into quality leads, understand the requirements of the client properly and thoroughly and redirect to the sales team with proper information so that the clients get the right information and the requirements are being fulfilled

  7. Take google reviews, feedback from the client post the sales to increase the brand visibility and also increase chances of referrals

  8. Maintain good relationship with key clients, make a list of regular clients, interact with them regularly, update them with new offers, collection updates, promotions, sales etc

  9. Conduct daily meetings with the sales team to collect update on the leads being given to them and update the same on the Status of the Leads and update them so that there is proper follow up

  10. Ensure in achieving the Sales Targets through proper follow up with the Sales Team

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Experience in Lead Management, Lead Gen, Online Sales, Online Interaction, Telesales in preferred

  2. Experience in Apparel/Retail/Gems or Jewellery/E-Commerce Industry will be preferred

  3. Must have a lot of patience in dealing with clients

  4. Good communication skills. Languages known - Telugu, English and Hindi

  5. Should be willing to work in Shifts - Early Morning Shifts, Night shifts, Day Shifts, Evening Shifts

  6. Should be a team player and maintain good rapport with the Sales Team

  7. Willing to travel to other locations as well
