About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our residential real estate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to potential homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries
- Engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored project details
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain and update client databases (CRM)
- Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation with a persuasive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
- 2 - 3 years of prior work experience as a Pre - Sales Executive in residential real estates.
