We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Modelers with expertise in PHE, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems for the Building Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Revit, along with a background in delivering coordinated BIM models for diverse building types.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage fully coordinated 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for mechanical systems (PHE, Fire Fighting & HVAC).
  • Produce accurate drawings and layouts with minimal supervision.
  • Work on various project types, including commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and industrial buildings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, create and modify Revit families.
  • Participate in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
  • Prepare schematics and layouts for MEP services including fire protection, water supply, and HVAC ducting.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills:

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Mechanical Modeling for building services.
  • At least 2 years of Middle East experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Revit (must-have), Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of MEP design and coordination practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of international building codes and standards will be an added advantage.
