Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical BIM Modeler located in Gurugram. The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models for various design and construction projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with design engineers, generating construction drawings, and ensuring the models meet project requirements. The role requires constant communication with various stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Ability to generate and interpret Construction Drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Experience with BIM Tools and software
