Senior Technical Lead - BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team as a BIM Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge BIM technologies and strategies, driving innovation and excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage industry-leading BIM methodologies and tools to drive technical innovation and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Mentor and train junior staff on BIM technologies and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM processes into overall project workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in PHE design and BIM implementation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of other drafting and modeling software would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading BIM projects for large-scale commercial or industrial developments.
