  • We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for the organization.
  • He/She will oversee the creation and management of 3D models using advanced BIM software.
  • The candidate will also coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and consistent BIM implementation.
  • Additionally, he/she will conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in multi-disciplinary models.
  • Our team member will provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM software and processes.
  • He/She will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.
  • The specialist will analyze and report on BIM data to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM is essential for this role.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations in BIM models is also critical.
  • Participating in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management is necessary.
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, is a must.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices is required.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • BIM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, building codes, and regulations is necessary.
  • Experience working in architectural, engineering, or construction firms is desired.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
