Role Description: Full Time, Onsite at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Strategy Planner for our Advertising Agency located out of Mumbai, who would drive Brand and Digital Strategy for our clients, and grow with us while learning and winning together.
This candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive creative output and achieve client goals. This role involves a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns and brand narratives.
Key Functions of the role
- Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital and mainline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Brand and Creative Custodian:
Oversee content ideation, production, and curation, ensuring brand voice consistency, storytelling, and high creative quality. - Campaign Management:
Plan and manage Brand Campaigns across mainline Media, social platforms, and email/ Whatsapp marketing. - Research & Insights:
Conduct consumer deep-dives, industry trends, digital ecosystem analyses, and develop strategic points of view on industry trends, market opportunities, and brand challenges - Presentation and Storytelling:
Work closely with senior leadership team on developing compelling Pitches, Brand Decks, and Present to clients with strong storytelling approach. - Client Engagement & Consulting
: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity - Business & Thought Leadership
: Contribute to the development of award-winning innovations, and new business growth as one of the key leads in the agency.
Key Skills And Requirements
- Strategic Thinking skills, with ability to connect client goals through a logical approach.
- Strong in Creative Thinking and Ideation with passion and excitement for creativity, and ability to integrate data driven insights with Brand voice and purpose.
- Ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively, with exceptional storytelling, conceptualization, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Brand Positioning, Consumer Insights, and Digital marketing trends.
- 5+ years of relevant agency experience in Brand and creative strategy development
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative copywriting skills would be definitely be a plus for this role
This role is based out of Ghatkopar West and applicable ONLY for those who are residing in Mumbai and can commute to the location on daily basis.
