Position: Business Development Executive (Female)
Experience: 0–3 Years (MBA Freshers welcome)
Industry: Civil & Construction
Education: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Computer proficiency
- Passion for client relationship management
- Knowledge of Civil & Construction sector (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Support the BD team in achieving revenue targets
- Conduct market research and attend meetings to promote company services
