As a student-focused company, we are on the lookout for **energetic and communicative Education Counselors** to help guide learners toward the right career path.

**Role Overview**

As an **Education Counselor**, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and fresh graduates. Your primary responsibility will be to **guide potential learners about Dezykode’s training programs, address their queries, and assist them in enrolling** based on their career goals and skill levels.

This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about helping others shape their futures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with walk-in students, call leads, and online inquiries to understand their learning needs.
- Counsel students about various IT training programs offered by Dezykode.
- Explain course structure, certifications, benefits, internship opportunities, and placement support.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
- Help build a positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

**Required Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-friendly and confident attitude.
- Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses.
- Basic knowledge of IT training trends (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate - BBA, BCA, BSc, BA, MBA, etc.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Training or internship in sales/counseling (if any) is a bonus.
