Position Overview:

As a Project Manager – Civil you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects** on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee site operations, and ensure that every stage of project execution meets the company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in coordination with senior management.

Execution & Monitoring: Supervise on-site progress, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Team Leadership: Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; promote teamwork and accountability.

Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets, track project costs, and ensure profitability without compromising quality.

Client Coordination: Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Vendor Management: Engage and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers efficiently.

HSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Reporting: Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

* 7–15 years of proven experience managing Civil / Infrastructure / Industrial / RCC projects.

* Strong knowledge of Commercial, Warehouse, and Industrial PEB construction.

* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

* Sound understanding of project management software and MS Office tools.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client coordination.
