Assistant Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and design teams.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are translated into actionable project goals.
Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project milestones.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Quality Control: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring design standards and quality benchmarks are met.
Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Source and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges proactively to minimize delays.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budgets, and key milestones.
Required Candidate Profile: -
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior design or construction.
Must have MIVAN Experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
