  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress of work.
  • Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure safety protocols and site regulations are strictly followed.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material consumption records, and progress updates.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
  • Handle site-level troubleshooting and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity estimations, and cost tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure efficient material and manpower management.
  • Support project documentation, site audits, and client reporting requirements.
