Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced
Junior / Senior Business Development Manager / Head
to join our growing global team.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales expertise in the exhibition / Event industry, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the exhibition and events industry (India & International).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, organizers, and industry partners.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with design & production teams for tailored solutions.
  • Manage complete sales cycle—from lead generation, pitching, proposal presentation, and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning and execution.
  • Represent Propshop in meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in B2B sales within the exhibition, events, or design-build industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand design concepts, fabrication methods, and project timelines.
  • Strong market research and lead-generation capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting.
  • Strong networking ability with decision-makers like Marketing Heads, CEOs, VP, and Procurement teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in international exhibitions (Dubai, Europe, USA, Asia) will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving high sales growth.
