Atelier Insurance broking pvt ltd are seeking energetic and goal-driven Dynamic sales Manager to join our growing team. The role involves promoting our insurance products, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through field activities.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Identify and approach potential agents in the assigned territory
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities
- Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) or pursuing graduation
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in the insurance/financial services industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Location:- Udaipur and Jodhpur
