Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead and scale digital growth across paid, organic, affiliate, and data-driven channels. This role is focused on owning growth numbers end-to-end, from acquisition to conversion, efficiency, and scale.

You will combine execution depth with strategic thinking, using performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and partnerships to build repeatable and profitable growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms with clear ROI accountability
  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth strategies across paid, organic, and affiliate channels
  • Build and manage affiliate and partnership-led growth programs, including onboarding, tracking, and performance optimization
  • Drive SEO, AEO, GEO strategy and execution across technical, on-page, and content-led initiatives to build long-term organic growth
  • Continuously optimize funnels, landing pages, creatives, and audience strategies to improve conversion rates and CAC
  • Own growth analytics end-to-end, including GA4, attribution models, dashboards, and channel-level performance tracking

Must-Have Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, and digital marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing at scale
  • Proven experience with SEO and organic growth
  • Solid command over analytics, attribution, and funnel metrics
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and growth targets

Plus to Have

  • Hands-on experience running performance and affiliate marketing campaigns for the US market or other cross-border digital growth programs
