Position Overview
We are looking for an IT Sales Executive who can handle lead generation, client communication, and sales activities effectively.
Candidates with 23 years of IT Sales experience will be preferred, however freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Benefits
- 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience)
- Salary + Incentives
- Fuel charges will be provided separately
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify new clients through calling, social media, and networking.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Client Communication
- Explain IT services such as Website Development, Digital Marketing, CRM, Software Solutions, etc.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow-up & Deal Closing
- Follow up with clients regularly and work towards closing deals.
- Handle client negotiations and finalize agreements.
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports.
- Keep a record of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Lead or Manager.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to maintain strong follow-up.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and candidates with 2–3 years of IT Sales experience can apply.
