Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to handle corporate, retail, and agency accounts in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent market understanding, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, retail brands, and advertising agencies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving occupancy for outdoor sites (Unipoles, Hoardings, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and suggest location-based media solutions aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, site photos, and execution follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead reports, and client communications in CRM.
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in pitch presentations and negotiations.
  • Ensure timely collections and client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B or outdoor media sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of local markets and advertising trends.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
  • Own vehicle preferred for client visits.

Education & Compensation

  • Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
  • Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) + Incentives.

Compensation Structure

CTC : 3.6 to 5.5
