Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Feedback: Gather and relay market feedback to help improve services and sales strategies. Achieving Targets: Work consistently towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Job Skills & Requirements: To succeed in this role at IndiaMART, you'll need: Experience: This position is open to freshers , though candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (especially in Insurance or Loan sales) will be preferred. Educational Advantage: An MBA is preferred . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Sales Aptitude: A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales environment. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
