Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Jabalpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the hospitality sector. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role is vital for expanding the brand's presence and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales tracking software
- Hospitality industry knowledge is highly preferred
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
