• Process & post all AP invoices (PO and non-PO) in line with Hempel policies, ensuring accurate cost allocation, VAT codes and coding prior to month-end close.


• Monitor approvals daily, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date process documentation.


• Own AP-GL reconciliation, accruals, currency revaluations and quarterly vendor balance clean-up; provide ad-hoc reports and audit support.


• Perform regular controls, review vendor statements and payment reminders, and ensure timely settlement of outstanding items.


• Actively participate in ERP projects, UAT testing, and any other initiatives assigned by management.

What Are We Looking For?


• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area


• Minimum 2 year professional experience on similar position


• Good command of the English language


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.)


• Work in accounting system SAP would be an asset
