Job Description:

Position: Plant Head - Robotic Shop

Education: DME/ BE Mechanical

Experience: Min 12 Years with Manager level at least 5 Years in Automobile industry Fabrication, robotic 

Description:

1. Production: To monitor and maintain RM stock on a daily basis, To prepare Production Plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) considering plant capacity, To ensure production as per plan

2. Quality: To reduce Customer Complaints, to reduce IHR, to reduce Inward Quality Complaints, To comply the entire customer audits, To Monitor scrap/non-reworkable qty & submit monthly scrap note, To reduce scrap due to process rejection

3. Cost: to reduce consumable cost -Production Consumables, Maintenance Consumables, and Tools, etc. To adhere to PIV schedules given by PPC Department

4. Deliver:  to adhere to dispatch plan - External Customer and Internal Customer to adhere to dispatch plan - SPD

5. Maintenance:  to prepare a list of all equipment and spare parts with A, B, C category To monitor PM plan & adherence - Equipment & fixtures To monitor equipment-wise BD minutes & occurrence, ensure actions to achieve reducing trend. To monitor & ensure availability of spares for robotic/manual fixtures, machines & equipment ( spares management) To monitor maintenance cost & ensure actions to reduce the same

6. Co-ordination & Communication with the customer:  Check mail & send a reply to internal & external customer mails Attend phone calls / daily communication with the customer as applicable Visit customer location for the meeting, discussion, to attend quality issues, any other complaints.

7. HR and Admin: To submit manpower requirement report to the HR Department on a daily weekly and monthly basis to monitor attendance of Contract Labour with respect to legal compliance, To retain manpower to identify training needs and recommend accordingly

8. Safety:  To comply with statutory requirements of safety, health and environment Zero minor accident Zero major accident

9. Moral:  To implement Kaizen Team Building to maintain Discipline all over the plant to develop the second line
