Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mivan Supervisor for overseeing all shuttering, formwork, and aluminium Mivan system operations and modifications on-site. They ensure timely, safe, and high-quality execution of Mivan works including assembling, erecting, alignment, concreting coordination, and dismantling.

Role & responsibilities

  • Execute all shuttering-related activities on site, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Handle both Conventional and Aluminium (Mivan) formwork systems, including assembly, alignment, and dismantling.
  • Carry out Mivan modification works as required including panel adjustments, cutting, repair, and fitting to suit site conditions.
  • Coordinate daily with the site engineering team for work planning and sequencing.
  • Manage and coordinate with labour teams and sub-contractors for smooth execution of formwork activities.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and formwork accessories required for shuttering works.
  • Maintain site productivity, monitor work progress, and report issues or delays promptly.
  • Follow safety standards and ensure the workforce uses appropriate PPE.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience in Conventional and Mivan formwork.
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
  • Strong team coordination and supervision skills.
  • Experience in residential/commercial building construction preferred.
