Role Description:

  • Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing works.
  • Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
  • Verify materials and workmanship as per specifications.
  • Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and resolve site quality issues.
  • Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Mivan shuttering & conventional construction.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures IS codes.
  • Report preparation and NCR handling.
  • Strong communication & training ability.

Qualifications:

  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of QA/QC experience.
  • ISO/QMS knowledge is preferred.
