We Requires **Foreman - Shuttering / Concrete** for a **Construction Company(Contractor)** at **Mumbai**

**Position : Foreman - Shuttering / Concrete**

**Work Experience: Min 2 years in high-rise buildings**

Openings : 5

**Job Location: Thane / Goregaon**

**Salary**: 10-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience & industry standards )

Job Brief

Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.

Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.

Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.

Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**
