**Job Title**: Foreman - Building Construction (Government Infrastructure Projects)

**Location**: Pune

**NOTE : Labor Arrangement is required in the site - BY THE CANDIDATE**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and manage labor teams for various trades (masonry, shuttering, bar bending, etc.).
- Ensure availability and arrangement of skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirements.
- Implement construction schedules and assign tasks based on work priorities.
- Interpret construction drawings and instructions for the site workforce.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
- Maintain daily progress records and report to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors when required.
- Control wastage of materials and ensure proper usage of resources.
- Address and resolve any site issues related to manpower or material shortages.
- Assist in preparing material and manpower requirements in advance.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project timelines.
- Minimum 8 years and up to 15 years of experience in **building construction**, preferably in **government projects**.
- Proven ability to arrange and manage construction labor effectively.
- Strong knowledge of civil works including shuttering, concreting, masonry, finishing, etc.
- Experience in reading and interpreting drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be disciplined, proactive, and able to handle site pressure.
- Familiarity with government safety and labor compliance norms.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Prior work experience on CPWD/State PWD/PSU or other government-related infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
